Independence operates IRIS on?demand microtransit citywide (Mon–Sat, 6 a.m.–6 p.m.), and RideKC Route 24 continues service between downtown Kansas City and parts of Independence; there is no direct fixed?route bus to the arena, so many visitors use rideshare (Lyft is the arena’s official partner).
