Salumi Rose is a Waldo-based charcuterie shop and workshop space offering curated boards, wine, gifts, and hands-on classes. Founded by Kris Beckman in 2022, the brick-and-mortar opened in 2024 at 7443 Broadway and hosts intimate events and workshops for up to 20 guests. Set just south of Waldo Pizza on the main Broadway/Wornall corridor, it draws a neighborhood crowd for small celebrations and team-building experiences.
